The Brief

After originally designing a site themself Hylands approached Webphoria to rebuild their current site to be more search engine friendly and attract more traffic.

What We Did

We utilised a two step approach to this project by firstly rebuilding the old site into pure CSS and W3C client code.

We ensured that the site was optimised for all the major search engines and submitted it to a number of key directories to get the site indexed quickly.

The second step was to redesign the site with a modern and contemporary feel. We felt the old site was too dark and uninviting and decided to change tack with lighter colours and professional stock photography.

The End Result

The client was ectstatic with the end result – she has already seen a ten fold increase in enquiries and the site has already paid for itself in new work.

The search engine optimisation campaign has proved the biggest success. The site now ranks page 1 for the following keywords:
