The Brief
We were approached by Little Amigos in September 2009 when they were canvasssing web design agencies in the Manchester area for a new ecommerce website.
The requirements were not just an ecommerce website but they wanted integrated inventory and stock control, warehousing, purchasing and invoicing systems.
Our bespoke software had a lot of the features they required but it was deemed more effective to look at integrating it into proprietary software.
The client chose Interprise to help them - interprise is a software suite built as an alternative to Sage with a ecommerce module bolt on available.
These systems had to be take orders from their retail unit, over the phone and via the website and feed into 1 database repository.
What We Did
Webphoria started by creating the brand identity - a new logo was created as well as business stationary so the company could start sourcing stock and get signage for their retail unit.
Once the logo was finalised we worked on the look and feel for the website, creating a static version for them to see and approve before reskinning the Interprise Ecommerce suite with the new design.
We have also helped source a dedicated web server, provided technical support, advised on SEO best practices and continue to help them make changes and develop the website.
The End Result
The end result has been a fantastic looking website which has been extremely well received and has made an instant impact in this competitive market place.
Coupled with an identical Ebay store the company is thriving and has recruited a large team of customer service agents to man the busy phone lines and process the growing number of web orders.
